Hackathon Judges will be scoring each entry based on the below criteria. Entries will be scored on a 1-10 scale. The entries with the highest amount of points per category will win.
Criteria
- A functional contract: A contract must work to serve its intended purpose, meaning it should run without errors. Adding unit tests to your contract will aid the judges, and allow you to score higher.
- Scalability: There must to be room for growth and scaling within the contract, meaning it should be able to handle large amounts of transactions.
- CLI walkthrough: There must be a simple markdown file that explains how the judges should test the smart contract. We would strongly appreciate a screen recording of developers making the transactions themselves.
- Value add: the contract must add value to the community and the user base (ie. it cannot be a spam contract that simply earns rewards, it must have a unique functionality).
- Originality: This should be an original creation. If based on open-source code, the contract needs to contain clear improvements on the original (and comply with applicable licenses).
